Unfortunately I had a different experience: we really liked to eat in various restaurants but as it turned out, some of them were not 100 % gluten free (there were different problems that are explained better <a href="http://jamiesarner.com/toronto-life/2014/08/seemingly-gluten-free-restaurants/" rel="nofollow">here</a> with a map added) so I don't know if I can trust any place again.
