Yeah, this is really a family favorite, and as I mentioned in my post, it is a great dish to bring to an outdoor party, as it can "hang out" for awhile in warmer weather without concerns about spoilage. I find that kids will even enjoy it, as long as you go easy on the red pepper flakes.

-RachelRachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10211857370548116268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1889046160451485982.post-56806252710728965682007-07-06T11:04:00.000-04:002007-07-06T11:04:00.000-04:00Oh that just sounds wonderful!I love spicy Thai/As...Oh that just sounds wonderful!
I love spicy Thai/Asian-inspired dishes, and this one looks great - you've got all the right ingredients in there for a delicious treat. When cooking Asian, I tend not to measure anything (unless I plan to publish a recipe), and just toss it all together... but, the proportions you show sure sound like they'd work. Nice job on the recipe post.Mike Eberharthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16410014970702142362noreply@blogger.com
