We are not a GF family, but no...These are awesome! We are not a GF family, but no one could even tell they weren't made with the usual flours. I figured the 3/4 cup of brown sugar being listed twice was an error, so I skipped the second occurrence. I had all the ingredients except the sorghum flour, so I subbed amaranth flour instead. The crust is crisp, the cookie inside is soft, and the fig filling isn't too sweet. We're huge fig fans, and the only thing I will modify the next time (and there will be a next time) is to increase the fig filling by about 50% or double it. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.
