I really wondered if I would actually like it, but it is SUCH A fascinating book! I cannot believe I've never heard of it before! i just love how he covers so many aspects of just "HOW to cook" vegetables! I am completely clueless there, I grew up on canned veggies, which I still love, but I really want to know and enjoy cooking live, fresh veggies!! This will be such a HUGe help to me in my GF kitchen!! thank you SO VERY much!! I would recommend tassajara cooking to everyone!! I'll have to stoplight it soon on the blog!! Thanks again!!
